He started at Hilti, building the centralized sales, product, and inventory reporting a global construction-tools company runs on. Then twelve years at PACCAR Winch — a division of one of the most consistently profitable manufacturers in America — where he built the market-analysis program, ran pricing and margin strategy, superintended a production plant through a 30% productivity gain, mapped the opportunities that produced $2.5M in new sales, and led the sales organization as director.
That path is the point. When your analyst has also carried the quota, run the plant floor, and owned the P&L consequences, the analysis stops being academic. It gets practical, fast.

Michael lives just outside Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and works with manufacturers, builders, and distributors across eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas — in person from Tulsa to Fort Smith to Northwest Arkansas, and remotely anywhere.
