Two hours on your calendar. We look at what moved since last month, what did not, and decide what gets worked next. The decisions get made in the room rather than written down and carried forward.
The seventeen steps, scored against your records
Not against anyone's impression of the business — against the job costing, the quote log, the receivables aging, the machine hours. The audit on this site is the same instrument. The difference is that I run it against what your systems actually say, and that is usually not what anyone in the building remembers.
An instrument built for your constraint
Once we know what the work is waiting on, you get something that measures it: a dashboard, a tracker, a number somebody checks on a Monday. The boards in sample work were built this way. They are yours, and they go on working after the constraint has moved somewhere else.
A written report, every month
What was done, what happened, what it means, and what it does not mean. There is a complete one in sample work — read it before you decide anything, including whether to call.
What it is not
- Not a marketing retainer. Marketing is six of the seventeen steps, and it is regularly not the one in the way. If your constraint turns out to be pricing or capacity, that is what we work.
- Not software. You are not buying a login. The instruments get built for your business and handed over.
- Not a promise about a number. What I will promise is that you will know which number to watch, and whether it moved.
