Who we are

Decision Insight Partners LLC is a consulting business based near Tahlequah, Oklahoma, operating this website at decisioninsightpartners.com. You can reach us at (918) 200-9699 or through LinkedIn.

What we collect

This website is deliberately simple. There is no contact form, no account to create, and nothing to log into. What gets collected falls into three buckets:

• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site — pages viewed, roughly how long you stayed, which links you clicked, your approximate location (city or region, from your IP address), and your device and browser type. This is aggregate and statistical; we are not trying to identify you personally.
• Booking information. If you book a call, that happens on Square Appointments, not on this site. You give Square your name, email, phone, and — for a paid session — payment details. We never see or store your card number. Square handles payment processing under its own privacy policy.
• Server logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard technical logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use this information to see which pages are useful and which aren't, to understand how people reach the site, to respond to you if you contact us or book a session, and to keep the site working and secure. That's the whole list.

We do not sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers, and we don't send marketing email to people who haven't asked for it.

Cookies and how to turn them off

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block or delete these at any time:

• Clear or block cookies in your browser settings — every major browser supports this
• Install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which stops Google Analytics on every site you visit
• Use your browser's private or incognito mode

Blocking these cookies won't break anything on this site.

Third parties we rely on

A handful of services make this site work. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics — website usage measurement
• Square — appointment booking and payment processing
• Netlify — website hosting and delivery
• Google Fonts — typefaces used on the site, loaded from Google's servers (which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads)

How long we keep things

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention period. Booking and client records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and tax obligations, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (918) 200-9699 or message us on LinkedIn and we'll take care of it. If you've booked through Square, you can also contact Square directly about data they hold.

Confidentiality of client information

Separate from this website: anything you share with us during a consultation, discovery session, or engagement — your numbers, your pricing, your strategy — is treated as confidential and is never published or shared without your written permission.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.
