Sample deliverables
What you actually get, in full.
A live client site, and two dashboards that rank a business’s problems and say which one to work on first. The written reports are still here, at the foot of the page — but the fastest way to find out whether we have thought about your problem is the questions on the roadmap.
Live client site
Reach · Step 2 · Website — Eufaula, Oklahoma
Keeton Construction
A concrete contractor serving Eufaula and the Lake Eufaula area. Built to do one job: turn someone searching for a driveway or a shop floor into a phone call.
Mobile-first, phone number tappable in the header on every screen, service area named on the page so Google knows where they work, and structured data marking them up as a local contractor.
Everything below this point is a demonstration, not client work. Every company below is invented — an HVAC contractor, a $120M gearbox manufacturer, a building supply yard, a bakery, a metal fabricator. None of them exists, and every company figure is made up. The economic and industry data is real: Bureau of Labor Statistics and Federal Reserve series, cited by ID so you can check any figure against the original release.
Reach · Step 7 · Marketing dashboard
What is stopping the phone from ringing
Five measures for a seasonal HVAC contractor, ranked against each other rather than laid out in a grid. The worst thing is the biggest thing, and everything that is fine collapses to a line at the bottom.
Change the month and the board reorders. You can watch the answering problem get fixed across the year, then come straight back every July when demand doubles and the desk does not.
Insight · Steps 8–14 · Operating dashboard
Which problem is worth your Tuesday
Seven measures for a $120M gearbox manufacturer — margin, win rate, forecast bias, the constraint, freight, cash and new products — ranked against each other, because seven separate dashboards could never tell you which of them matters most this month.
The headline is not our estimate. Steel is up eighteen percent over twelve months while the machinery market they sell into is up two, and both are published indexes cited by identifier on the page.
Calculators
Four you can run right now
Each runs entirely in your browser on figures you type in — no email, no sign-up, nothing stored. They are the fastest thing here: twenty seconds against a report that takes twenty minutes.

The written work, if you want it
15 documents, grouped by the stage of the road they belong to. These are complete deliverables rather than extracts — long, detailed, and genuinely not the fastest way to find out whether we are worth a call. The questions on the roadmap are. This is here for anyone who wants to check the working.

Why these exist
Decision Insight Partners is new, so there are no client case studies yet and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise. What can be shown is the work itself: the format, the reasoning, the arithmetic, and the willingness to tell a client not to spend $1.2 million.
Every number reconciles against every other number. That is not a small claim — the models behind these are kept in the repository and re-run, because an analysis whose arithmetic does not survive a controller checking it is worth nothing.
Your work would look nothing like these. It would use your data and reach conclusions specific to your business. What would be the same is the structure: a question worth answering, evidence you can inspect, options priced in dollars, and a recommendation that says what to do.
