How to read this
Ignore month over month. This business swings by a factor of two between March and July. Any report claiming leads are "up 87% since March" is describing the weather, not the work. The comparison that means something is June against June — .
Switch to the six-month window and the seasonal shape mostly disappears from view, which is exactly why the twelve-month view is the default. A shorter window makes a seasonal business look like it is on a rocket or falling apart, depending on which half you happen to be looking at.
What this dashboard will not tell you is revenue. We can count calls, forms, listing views and reviews with confidence because we can see them. We cannot honestly attribute revenue without access to the job records, and a dashboard that shows a precise revenue figure it did not earn the right to show is worse than one that stops short and says so.
