What is your phone costing you?
If you do not know that last one, that is the finding. Almost nobody does, and it is the cheapest number on this page to go and get.
calls nobody answered last month
At your average job that is up to $8,100 of work that reached your phone and got nobody. Some of them called back. Some called the next listing down — and nothing on this page can tell you which, so treat it as the size of the exposure rather than a bill.
Your figures, our arithmetic. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored.
What this is telling you
A call that goes to voicemail and a quote nobody chases cost exactly as much to generate as the ones that close. Both are invisible until somebody counts them, which is why most businesses fix the advertising when the problem was the answering.
The count is the honest half. The dollar figure is the size of the exposure, not a bill — some of those callers called back, some called the next listing down, and no arithmetic here can tell you which.
How to get the real number
Your phone carrier's call log will tell you how many came in and how many were answered, free, this week. Almost nobody has looked.
This is step 6 on the roadmap →Everything here is arithmetic on the numbers you typed. No request is made, nothing is stored, and there is no email gate — which is the whole reason anyone moves the sliders honestly.
Data with integrity makes the best decisions
Bring that number to a call.
Twenty minutes, no obligation. If it turns out not to be your problem I will tell you that too.
