What this dashboard is for
The March Constraint Analysis predicted that reducing and resequencing setups would free 57.6 press brake hours a week. Twenty-six weeks later this dashboard reports 53.2 — the program delivered 92% of what was promised.
Four of the five targets are still marginally short. Changeovers are running at 121 a week against a target of 118, average changeover is 22.6 minutes against 22, lead time is 11.4 days against 11, and on-time delivery is 92.3% against 94%. None of those gaps is alarming and all of them are visible, which is the point — a report that only ever showed green would not be worth producing.
The honest read at week 26: the mechanism worked, the last few percent has not landed yet, and the open question is whether the remaining gap closes on its own as the new changeover standard beds in, or whether it needs the second round of quick-change tooling that was deferred. That is a decision, and it is the kind of decision this reporting exists to surface.
