What to expect
Before, during, and after
Before the session
You'll get a short intake form with your confirmation — five questions about your business and the problem. If you have a P&L or revenue-by-product numbers handy, great; if not, come anyway. Everything you share stays confidential.
During the 90 minutes
A structured working session, not a sales pitch: we frame the decision, walk your numbers, and start isolating where the real constraint likely sits. You'll feel the process working inside the first half hour.
Within 3 business days
Your written proposal arrives: the focus areas we found, the scope and approach for the Constraint Analysis, and a fixed price to do it. Read it in fifteen minutes, decide on your own timeline.
Payments & rescheduling
Payment is by card at booking, processed by Stripe — we never see your card details. Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before the session; inside 24 hours, we'll credit the fee to a rebooked time.
